Conferences and Meetings

The MetaSolv Solution Users Group (MSUG) meets often and regularly to provide our members as much opportunity as possible to make the most of their membership. We meet in person, through teleconference calls, and over the internet.

General Membership Conferences are generally held twice a year. The conferences have two primary focal points;

  • working together (users and Oracle) to build requirements for future enhancements,
  • and sharing experiences, tips & tricks, workarounds, and general system knowledge with each other.
  • Design Committee meetings are held quarterly or as often as necessary, typically via teleconference call. Their activities generally revolve around refining requirements for enhancement of specific areas of the software.

    The Executive Committee meets monthly via teleconference call. These committee members are mostly concerned with facilitating user group activities at all levels. A great deal of time is spent coordinating user community activities with MetaSolv representatives. This open communication between the user community and MetaSolv is probably the greatest purpose of the Executive Committee.
