General Membership Conferences are generally held twice a year. The conferences have two primary focal points;
Design Committee meetings are held quarterly or as often as necessary, typically via teleconference call. Their activities generally revolve around refining requirements for enhancement of specific areas of the software.
The Executive Committee meets monthly via teleconference call. These committee members are mostly concerned with facilitating user group activities at all levels. A great deal of time is spent coordinating user community activities with MetaSolv representatives. This open communication between the user community and MetaSolv is probably the greatest purpose of the Executive Committee.
